The Gatlinburg Veterans Day Celebration is always a popular event for the Smoky Mountain community. Only 57 cities in the entire country have the honor of being an official site for the observation of the Veterans Day holiday, which means that the activities that take place at these sites will be aligned with those taking place at the National Veterans Day Observance.
