If you always wanted to take your family on a white water rafting adventure but prefer something with low to moderate intensity, our Spring and Fall Trips are perfect for you! This is a fantastic opportunity to fully enjoy all of the magnificent scenery of the Great Smoky Mountains as you gently float down the river. Here are the top 4 reasons why families love rafting on the Pigeon River with our Spring and Fall Trips:

1. Fun Introduction to White Water Rafting

Our Spring and Fall Trips provide a fun introduction to white water rafting! It’s great for children and other family members who have never experienced this exciting activity! The journey down the Pigeon River is relatively calm. So, you will never feel intimidated by huge rapids. However, it is important to note that since water levels are less predictable in the early spring and fall. You could experience anything from a leisurely trip to level III and IV rapids! Your ride down the river should last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending upon the natural river flow.

2. Most Family Members Can Participate
