Rafting Cancellation Policies

As a leader in the white water rafting Great Smoky Mountains industry, Smoky Mountain Outdoors is proud to offer flexible cancellation policies for our guests.

Groups of 9 or Less

We are proud to offer a flexible cancellation policy.
Full refund for cancellation greater than 48 hours prior to trip time.
If you must cancel within 48 hours of trip time, we will either reschedule or offer a voucher for you to use for a future reservation. Any party rescheduling its trip time within 48 hours of the booked time is subject to a $5 per person fee. Please understand that by this time we have scheduled guides and equipment, and have likely turned away other reservations to accommodate you. No refunds will be given.
Reservations booked within the 48-hour window are subject to cancellation policies and refunds will not be issued.

Groups of 10+

Full refund for cancellations greater than 7 days prior to your reservation trip date.
If you must cancel within 7 days prior to your trip date, we will either reschedule or offer a voucher for use for a future reservation. Any party rescheduling their trip time within 48 hours of their booked time is subject to a $5 per person fee. Please understand that by this time we have scheduled guides and equipment, and have likely turned away other reservations to accommodate you. No refunds will be given.
