COVID-19 Update – We’re Open!

We know you’ve been sitting at home dreaming about getting out. But, it can be scary out there because of the unknown. We’re here to help you overcome that fear while keeping you safe.

It’s safer outdoors. Whitewater rafting is exciting and fun. We’re adventure pros eager to take care of you. River safety has always been our top priority. Now, we’ve upped our safety game even more! In compliance with updated Tennessee guidelines, we are frequently sanitizing our gear and have marked floor guides so you can keep social distance within our retail building.

SMO cares. Masks are not required but are recommended. Our employees will wear face masks at the outpost and on shuttle buses. Masks are recommended inside our store, bathrooms and outdoors when social distancing is not possible. Masks are not required on the river. A ziplock bag will keep it dry during your river trip.  Help us help you.
